Beer Recipe Kit - Belgian White Partial Mash
Due to seasonal availability, hops and grains may be substituted if necessary.
If whole or crushed option is not defined, it will be defaulted to crushed.
“White” beer or “Wit” is a light refreshing summer quencher from Belgium. Examples are Rickard’s White and Hoegaarden. It is called “white” due to the light colour and cloudiness. It includes a special yeast and is delicately finished with orange peel and coriander. Serve cold with an orange or lemon slice.
